On Tuesday February 17th in St. Timothy’s church hall our council hosted our annual Pancake Supper. This event was once again chaired by Br. Michael Brooks who is continually praising his fellow Knights for how they come together to make this event work.
The preparations begin well in advance of the meal time itself. Michael coordinates the buying of the ingredients and the advanced ticket sales. Then on the day of the event a team of brothers are asked to cook the sausages in advance.

Br. Michael then rushes to the church after work usually to find that a group of brothers have already set up the tables and chairs and started to prepare the pancake mix.
The happy chefs then start flipping and sorting pancakes just before the guests arrive.
Thanks to the work of everyone who helped out we served over 160 parishioners their $2 pancake supper. Thank you Br. Michael and the many others.
